Microsoft 365 includes the familiar Office apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) plus cloud services such as OneDrive, Teams and SharePoint. Depending on the licence, security and management features are added.
How do you work more productively with Microsoft 365?
The biggest levers are real-time collaboration (Teams, shared cloud documents), consistent storage in OneDrive or SharePoint, and using templates and automation. Using a few features properly saves the most time.
What is the difference between Office and Microsoft 365?
"Office" refers to the classic apps as a one-time purchase. Microsoft 365 is the subscription model with ongoing updates plus cloud services like Teams and OneDrive.
