His father used to be a top manager at Braun. As a child, he developed a fascination for Dieter Rams’ design philosophy, which also inspired Apple: “Form follows function”. His first computer was the legendary C64, which he used to develop and sell software as a teenager. Since then, he has been fascinated by the possibilities of IT. In 1988, he began his professional career at computer pioneer Heinz Nixdorf. Throughout his career, from sales assistant to sole managing director of a medium-sized company, he has always been concerned with how IT can be used to become more productive and generate more business. During his time in management at Tchibo, he also completed an Executive MBA at the renowned Henley Business School. Since 2010, he has been passing on his experience and best practices of meaningful digitalization to companies such as Coca-Cola. As a personal IT coach for managers, he takes you from digital know-how to digital do-how.
